Bilingual Automation Consultant (EN/SP)

Our client, is seeking a Bilingual Automation Consultant (EN/SP) to join their team. As a Bilingual Automation Consultant (EN/SP), you will be part of the Quality Engineering and Application Delivery support group, helping teams strengthen automated testing and quality validation across ongoing application and technology delivery initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical thinking, clear communication, and a collaborative mindset that aligns successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Bilingual Automation Consultant (EN/SP)

Location: Toronto 

Pay Range:$55-63$/H INC

What's the Job?

• Develop and execute automated tests to support application and technology delivery initiatives.
• Contribute to quality validation by supporting end-to-end testing efforts and defect management.
• Collaborate closely with development, QA, and business teams to ensure testing aligns with delivery goals.
• Apply strong troubleshooting skills to identify issues, analyze root causes, and support resolution.
• Support overall testing strategy through consistent, reliable automation practices.

What's Needed?

• Strong experience in Test Automation and/or Quality Engineering.
• Bilingual English / Spanish is required (EN/SP).
• Hands-on experience developing and executing automated tests.
• Strong understanding of software testing, QA processes, and defect management.
• Ability to work onsite at Tangerine STC in Toronto 3–4 days per week.
