Windows Administrator

Our client, a leading organization in the technology and government support sector, is seeking a Windows Administrator to join their team. As a Windows Administrator, you will be part of the IT Infrastructure team supporting critical desktop and system operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, proactive communication, and a strong commitment to maintaining a secure and efficient environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Administer and support a Windows 11 desktop environment across the organization.
• Perform regular system maintenance, including patching, updates, and performance tuning.
• Monitor system health and troubleshoot issues related to Windows 11 endpoints.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and best practices for endpoint protection.
• Collaborate with IT teams to deploy new software, updates, and configurations.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as a Windows Administrator, with a focus on Windows 11.
• Strong understanding of Windows OS architecture, Group Policy, and Active Directory.
• Experience with patch management tools (e.g., WSUS, SCCM, Intune, or similar).
• Familiarity with endpoint security tools and practices.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
