IBM MDM/Java Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking an IBM MDM/Java Developer to join their team. As an IBM MDM/Java Developer, you will be part of the Data Management Department supporting the Data Integration and Data Quality teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

• Develop and customize IBM MDM solutions, including MDM models and extensions.
• Build and enhance MDM functionality using Java to meet business requirements.
• Support data integrations and pipelines across upstream and downstream systems.
• Assist with data stewardship, data quality, matching, and master data processes.
• Troubleshoot and improve existing MDM solutions to ensure optimal performance.

What's Needed?

• Hands-on experience with IBM MDM / InfoSphere MDM.
• Strong Java development skills.
• Experience with MDM models, extensions, and customizations.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, integrations, and data stewardship processes.
• Approximately 5+ years of relevant experience preferred, with flexibility based on MDM expertise.
