Datalinks Developer

Our client, a leading organization in the government and defense sector, is seeking a Datalinks Developer to join their team. As a Datalinks Developer, you will be part of the technical support team supporting critical applications and systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Datalinks Developer

Location: On-site in Ottawa, Ontario (5 days per week)

Pay Range:$100

What's the Job?

• Develop, support, and maintain applications using platforms such as C, C++, and Python.
• Analyze and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal disruption to client operations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions.
• Implement solutions that meet client needs with high-quality results.
• Contribute to technical documentation and design reviews to support project success.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of programming experience, including low-level systems development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Python programming languages.
• Strong understanding of bitwise operations, memory management, and networking protocols.
• Experience with system integration, middleware development, and interoperability standards.
• Ability to lead and mentor small technical teams, manage tasks, and prioritize effectively.
