More than 4,000 tech and IT employers across 42 countries were asked about their fourth quarter hiring intentions in the latest edition of the Experis Tech Talent Outlook.

The Net Employment Outlook in Canada for IT and tech stands at 29% — up slightly from last quarter.

While 37% of employers are planning to add to staff in Q4, a larger percentage are making no changes, signaling an emphasis on workforce stability as talent shortages continue.
