Sr. SAP GRC Security Lead

Our client, a technology-driven organization, is seeking a Sr. SAP GRC Security Lead to join their team. As a Sr. SAP GRC Security Lead, you will be part of the SAP Security and Governance team supporting SAP GRC and authorization governance across SAP S/4HANA initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring deep SAP Security and GRC expertise, strong hands-on troubleshooting skills, and the confidence to design persona-based SAP roles that stand up to real-world audit and access-control needs.

What's the Job?

• Lead SAP S/4HANA Security and GRC Access Control activities, including authorization concepts, role design, authorization objects, and trace-based troubleshooting.
• Design, implement, and support persona-based SAP roles, including Business, Functional, Enabler, and Composite Roles.
• Configure and manage SAP Fiori Security, including catalogs, spaces/pages, business roles, Launchpad content, and OData authorizations.
• Own SAP GRC Access Control capabilities such as RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, and remediation workflows.
• Support SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs by aligning security and governance controls to business requirements.

What's Needed?

• 10+ years of SAP Security and GRC experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Security expertise, including authorization concepts, role design, authorization objects, traces, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience designing and supporting persona-based SAP roles, including Business, Functional, Enabler, and Composite Roles.
• Strong SAP Fiori Security knowledge, including catalogs, spaces/pages, business roles, Launchpad content, and OData authorizations.
• Advanced experience with SAP GRC Access Control, RBAC, Segregation of Duties (SoD), risk analysis, and remediation.
