Tech Hiring Going Strong in Canada

IT employers in Canada aren’t slowing down this summer.

According to the Q3 Tech Talent Outlook, the Net Employment Outlook for IT in Canada is 42%—an impressive 22-point increase from Q3 2024, and six points above the global average.

The Outlook, published quarterly, is determined by subtracting the percentage of employers expecting reductions in IT staff from those planning to hire.
