Tester Level 3

Our client is seeking a Tester Level 3 to join their team. As a Tester Level 3, you will be part of the testing function supporting delivery teams in a fully remote environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong attention to detail, a quality-first mindset, and the drive to improve testing through automation and continuous integration.

What's the Job?

• Conduct manual testing of features and solutions to validate functional and non-functional requirements.
• Create comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts based on approved requirements and designs.
• Establish and maintain software testing procedures with an automation-first approach.
• Convert manual test scripts into automated tests using Selenium/WebDriver and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline for gated and scheduled runs.
• Plan, coordinate, and report on testing activities across teams, including walkthroughs, readiness reviews, defect lifecycle monitoring, and release sign-off recommendations.

What's Needed?

• Experience performing manual testing across system, integration, regression, and accessibility validation.
• Ability to develop clear, repeatable test scripts and maintain traceability from requirements to test cases and results.
• Hands-on automation experience with Selenium/WebDriver and CI/CD integration (including reliable pass/fail reporting such as JUnit/XML and traceability in Azure DevOps).
• Strong test planning and coordination skills, including management of test plans, execution progress, defect triage, and stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of performance testing concepts (load/stress/scalability), accessibility conformance (WCAG 2.1 AA or departmental standard), and source/object code library setup across multi-platform environments.
