QA Lead

Our client, Livebarn is seeking a QA Lead to join their team. As a QA Lead, you will be part of taking full ownership of our testing strategy, build out robust automated testing frameworks, and ensure high-availability software quality across our web, mobile, and living room streaming ecosystems.

What’s the Job?

•  Design, build, and maintain comprehensive automated testing frameworks and scripts for our software applications across web, mobile (iOS/Android), and streaming devices (tvOS/OTT).
• Establish quality assurance standards, test plans, and automated pipelines to catch bugs and performance bottlenecks early in the development cycle.
• Partner closely with software and infrastructure engineering teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot complex technical failures, reproduce platform bugs, and validate fixes across low-latency video streaming pipelines.
• Mentor team members on QA best practices, test-driven development mindsets, and automation protocols.

• Professional experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Strong programming/scripting skills (such as Python, JavaScript, or Java) used for test automation development.
• Hands-on experience testing complex software, mobile apps, or high-throughput video streaming environments.
• Familiarity with Selenium WebDriver, Cypress, Appium or any modern end-to-end test automation framework
• Streaming experience is considered a strong asset.
