Pump Director (Sales)

Our client is seeking a Maintenance Service Manager to join their team. As a Maintenance Service Manager, you will be part of the Pump Division supporting operations and technical teams. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Maintenance Service Manager

Location: Montreal, Quebec - Onsite

What's the Job?

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee all division activities to ensure operational efficiency and service quality.
• Lead and develop a team of supervisors, sales representatives, and technicians, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Manage daily and weekly operations based on customer priorities and available resources.
• Monitor project timelines, communicate delays or risks proactively, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational performance.

What's Needed?

• DEC or equivalent in Electromechanics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of management experience in an industrial service, repair, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience with industrial pumps, repair, and maintenance operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, operational performance, and workforce planning effectively.
