Our client, a leading organization in the banking and finance industry, is seeking a dedicated and experienced BA/BSA, Banking/Payments to join their dynamic team. As a BA/BSA, Banking/Payments, you will be an integral part of the Business Analysis Department supporting various banking and payments projects. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

• Support medium to large-sized banking and finance projects by analyzing business requirements and processes.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive artifacts such as User Stories, Process Flow Maps, and Use Case Specifications.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure alignment of business needs with technical solutions.
• Support the full project lifecycle, from initiation through delivery, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
• Leverage broad range of business analysis techniques to facilitate project success and stakeholder engagement.

What's Needed?

• A minimum of 8-10 years of progressive business analysis experience in banking and finance domains.
• Strong knowledge of technical landscapes such as microservices, Teller Management systems, and Deposit Systems.
• Advanced understanding of SDLC, project management, and banking products and services.
• Proven ability to support requirements delivery with artifacts like Business and Technical Requirements, Business Rules, and Mock-Ups.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
